CHEMICAL NAME: PAC-02 Spray drying type Polyaluminium Chloride
DESCRIPTION: BLU PAC-02type, is Polyaluminum Chloride of spray drying type, pale yellow powder, used for drinking water treatment and paper mills as retention agent, work as coagulant for water treatment.

It is made by purity raw materials of Al(OH)3. Food grade.
ADVANTAGES:
  1. Can be used widely for industrial application.
  2. Easily soluble in water; dissolves rapidly.
  3. Cost is very low, very competitive than other general coagulants
  4. Dosage will be less(20-50%) than drum dried PAC
  5. Floc forming fast, good activity, good filtering.

  1. Suggested to dilute to the concentration of 2%-20% solution before use.
  2. For Solid PAC product, dilution is necessary before being dosed, water amount for dilution shall be determined based on the amount of the chemicals to be dosed and the quality of water to be treated.
  3. For Solid PAC products, the dosage is about 1-15g/mt, the dosage of liquid PAC is 3-40g/mt, the best dosage is based on different   lab test results.

BWD-03
Water Decoloring Agent is a quaternary cationic polymer which is the special product for de-coloring, flocculating, CODcr decreasing and other applications.

It is developed from our BWD-01, compound BWD-01 with flocculants during production to improve flocculation.

This product can have bigger flocs and quicker sedimentation.

ADVANTAGES:
  1. Stronger decolorization (50%~80%) and removal of COD(40%~70%).
  2. Used to de-color high-colority effluent from dyestuffs plants. High performance to treat wastewater with Reactive, Acid, Disperse, Direct Dyestuff etc. (Soluble and Insoluble dyestuffs).
  3. Used to treat wastewater from textile and dyeing industry, pigment industry, printing ink industry and paper industry.
  4. Used as retention agent in the paper & pulp processing.
  5. Faster sedimentation, better flocculation.

APPLICATION:
  1. Diluted with 10-40 times water and then dosed into the waste water directly. After being mixed for several minutes, it can be precipitated or air-floated to become clear water.
  2. Adjust the pH value of the waste water to 7-10 for better result.
  3. When the colority and CODcr are relatively high, it can be used with polyaluminum chloride, but not mixed together. In this way, the treatment cost can be lowered. Whether polyaluminum chloride is used previous or afterwards depends on the flocculation test and the treatment process.
  4. It is harmless, no-flammable and non-explosive, it can be stored at room temperature, it can not be placed in the sun.
